Need dessert however don't need all the calories? I have the ideal low calorie, more advantageous arrangement – brisk and simple blender sorbet! Just 2 fundamental fixings + a blender = simple cherry blender sorbet (otherwise known as paradise in a bowl).

This simple blender sorbet is a pastry my better half made half a month back. I was chipping away at my bed with my PC in my lap when he strolled in with this bowl of red solidified flavor. He'd made it inside merely minutes with just TWO fixings! We shared the bowl (the ideal size for two individuals) and have made it a few times each week from that point forward. My Birthday and Anniversary, included.

It's by a long shot the most effortless pastry ever! Toss some solidified organic product (we like the poignancy of the solidified fruits) and Greek yogurt into a decent blender. We love our Vitamix! Include a touch of Truvia and a little milk to make it mix together and you have yourself a victor of a treat! It's lower calorie than a bowl of dessert and has more protein. Delicate, tasty, more beneficial solidified treat for you to impart to your unique somebody. 🙂

Ingredients

  • 1 5.3-oz container non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 16-oz bag frozen unsweetened cherries (or other variety of fruit), softened for a few minutes at room temperature
  • 2 - 2 1/2 Tbsp. milk any kind
  • 1 packet Truvia sweetener about 1 tsp.

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt and cherries in a good blender (I use my Vitamix).
  2. Add in Truvia sweetener and start with 1 tablespoon milk. Blend all ingredients together, adding a 1/2 tablespoon of milk at a time until thoroughly combined and thick & creamy.
  3. Pour into a bowl or bowls and enjoy!
