  • Chocolate Magic Shell
  • 2/3 cup sugar free chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Whip heavy cream with mixer until soft peaks form.
  2. Slowly add remaining ingredients.
  3. Continue beating until stiffer peaks form.
  4. Pour mixture into molds. Add popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  5. Melt Magic Shell ingredients. Dip frozen ice cream into melted chocolate. Let set.
