WHOLE30 VANILLA AND CINNAMON COFFEE CREAMER #drinks #morningcup

This Whole30 Vanilla Cinnamon Coffee Creamer will be your new closest companion in the first part of the day! In the event that you folks know anything about me, it's that I loooove my virus mix. I make it myself and drink it strictly toward the beginning of the day (now and again I blend it up with a decent matcha toward the end of the week). I love stirring up how I drink it and I sort of experience a turn of choices:

My go-to espresso choices are: 1) unsweetened almond milk 2) coconut milk 3) nutpods 4) impenetrable espresso 5) when I am not doing Whole30 I love the Califia half and half that has only a smidgen of sugar in it.

In any case, as I am right now doing my third round of Whole30, I needed to attempt to make a vanilla-enhanced half and half that was whole30 consistent (nutpods can do it, for what reason wouldn't i be able to!). Presently, vanilla concentrate isn't agreeable on Whole30, however there is nothing that says you can't utilize genuine vanilla beans. Sooo, I figured I would mess with a consistent espresso flavor utilizing only the vanilla bean, instead of vanilla concentrate… .. you folks … . it was astounding. The coconut milk makes it sufficiently sweet, the vanilla and cinnamon praise each other consummately and that spot of salt just draws out the flavor in all things. I don't have the foggiest idea, this could be my new go-to… . or on the other hand at any rate make the turn!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups full fat coconut milk (I would recommend using an immersion blender on your coconut milk first to make sure it is fully blended and doesn’t get chunky)
  • 1/2 –1 cup unsweetened almond milk (use less almond milk for thicker creamer and more for a thinner creamer)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 – 1/2 vanilla bean, slit open (the more vanilla bean you use, the stronger the flavor it will be)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to medium heat, whisking fairly often, ensuring cinnamon is fully combined.
  3. Continue whisking and keeping at medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pour into glass jar, including vanilla bean, and let sit in fridge overnight.
  5. Shake well before using, as cinnamon will settle in the fridge.
  6. Store in airtight container in fridge for 5-7 days.
