Loved I said before, we love chicken suppers. This Grilled Lemon Rosemary Chicken is such a simple most loved of our own. It's a rich looking, yet basic supper with not many fixings that consistently turns out tasting astounding.
Blend olive oil, lemon pizzazz, lemon juice, garlic, new rosemary and a little S&P in a huge plastic baggie and let marinate for two or three hours. Warmth your barbecue to medium-high warmth and flame broil your chicken until the interior temperature arrives at 165º. Add a cut of lemon to the top in the event that you need some additional lemon support. The result is a delicate, tasty, sound chicken bosom that you can gladly serve your family or potentially companions! You will cherish this simple summer supper!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Foster Farms Simply Raised Chicken I used thin sliced breast fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- zest from one lemon
- juice from one lemon about 1/4 cup
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 large sprigs rosemary I take the leaves off one of the sprigs and leave the other one whole
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large baggie and store in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place chicken breasts on hot grill and top with a slice of lemon. Close grill lid and let cook for several minutes, only opening to flip over.
- Cook until internal temperature of chicken is 165º. Pull off grill and let rest for a few minutes then serve and enjoy!
