Turmeric and ginger jamu, a calming wellbeing tonic to add to your munititions stockpile of home cures.
Jamu is conventional Indonesian medication, overwhelmingly produced using normal fixings including roots, bark, blossoms, seeds, leaves and natural products. It goes back a great many years and has a few similitudes to Ayurveda. In Indonesia jamu is utilized to address a wide scope of illnesses, contingent upon the fixings utilized.
Generally accessible from bistros and eateries across Bali, turmeric jamu is by all accounts the most typical. A Balinese cook disclosed to me that ladies generally drink it a few times each week for magnificence, and men drink it blended in with crude egg yolk for quality. I additionally attempted tamarind jamu (fairly exquisite in its sharpness), and have since found that turmeric and tamarind is a typical mix in jamu.
