Invigorating and tasty, these low carb strawberry lemonade mojitos have been my go-to keto mixed drink throughout the entire summer. I'm simply heartbroken that I didn't get an opportunity to impart them to you before now!
Fortunately you despite everything have a couple of warm ends of the week ahead to appreciate them before the cooler climate kicks in – and actually these are delicious to the point that you might need to drink them all year!
Something I love about these low carb strawberry lemonade mojitos is the manner by which beautiful they are! I'm not generally a girly-young lady type, however it's hard not to value a pink mixed drink decorated with brilliant green mint and wonderful red strawberries. ? ? ? ? ? I made good so I'd have them for the photographs however, and we truly delighted in all of them as well! I will eat SO. MANY. strawberries when we're in the U.S. in October – I don't mind that they won't be in season!

ingredients
- 4 cups sugar free strawberry lemonade (prepared according to package directions)
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, torn and mashed a bit to release the flavor
- optional strawberries to garnish
instructions
- Combine the prepared sugar free strawberry lemonade, rum, and mint in a large pitcher.
- Serve over ice and garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired.
- Add a splash of soda water or seltzer if you like a bit of fizz.
