Caramelized Onion Stuffed Burgers #lowcarb #healthy

We love burgers and eat them all the time in our home. I genuinely accept that great burgers don't have a huge amount of fixings. Particularly when you purchase better meat. At the point when I make burgers, I need the normal kind of the meat to stick out, so I don't include a ton of seasonings. The most muddled part about this formula is the caramelized onions (and they aren't confused in any way). They include such a delightful sweet flavor, that sets impeccably with the meat.

OK, we should discuss caramelized onions. They are so natural to make, yet they do take a little tolerance. They cook over low warmth and the onions discharge their characteristic sugars to make that yummy caramel flavor that we as a whole love. I cook them in a blend of avocado oil and ghee. In the event that you are not doing a series of Whole 30, I likewise love to utilize grass took care of margarine (like KerryGold). When the onions are finished caramelizing, I let them cool totally and afterward the time has come to stuff the burgers.

I realize that a great deal of plans will make them add breadcrumb and egg to the patty blend, and they do have their place now and then. In any case, I want to simply utilized the ground hamburger and seasonings. I structure 12 equivalent measured patties with my hands and afterward season them with a straightforward blend of salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. I place the a tad bit of the onion blend in one patty and afterward place another patty on head of that. Utilizing my hands, I re-structure it to shape another patty.
