- 1 C. of Fresh peach slices; peeled
- 1/2 C. Crushed Ice
- 1/4 C. Raspberries
- 3 Tbsp. Cranberry Juice
Instructions
- Add peaches, vodka, peach liqueur and ice to blender bowl; blend until smooth.
- Pour into a martini glass.
- Add raspberries and cranberry juice to blender bowl; blend until smooth.
- Pour raspberry mixture through a sieve to get out the seeds.
- With a teaspoon, swirl around 2 Tbsp. of the raspberry mixture into the peach mixture.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
- Note: You can substitute with frozen peaches; just omit the ice.
